In order to secure reservations for the gala dinner and brunch, we need to have firm commitments for attendance by March, 10th 2015 as deposits and minimum number of attendees os required to secure these reservations. Firm commitments need to made for the Saturday Gala and the Sunday brunch with estimated cost of $225/person all inclusive. Friday night cocktails and dinner is optional for this who arrive early but RSVP is appreciated as we have reserved a room for dinner with maximum capacity of 40 people.
